CINCINNATI – Officials released 911 tapes Monday from a councilmember’s son after his father allegedly beat him with a belt last week, News 5’s John London reported.Sam Malone was arrested Friday on a charge of domestic violence after he disciplined the teen last week following an incident at school. But the boy’s maternal aunt said Malone had beaten his son before.
